If you are accompanied by small children, hold their hands inside the venues, and ensure that they do not run.

Generally, wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move around easily and fully experience the immersive artwork is best. This includes activewear, casual clothes and supportive shoes. teamLab Phenomena doesn’t allow high heels, so be sure to opt for flats, sneakers or any other easy-to-walk-in footwear instead.

If you plan on taking photogenic pictures, you might also want to consider wearing white or plain-colored clothing to stand out against the vivid projections and light displays.

There are some artworks that incorporate water elements, so wearing something that can be easily folded up to your knees might also be a good idea to avoid getting your clothes wet.

Yes, visitors are perfectly welcome to take photos and videos in teamLab Phenomena so long as it doesn’t inconvenience other guests. To this end, you will not be permitted to use a flash or any external lights. Filming or photography for commercial reasons is prohibited without prior consent from the teamLab Phenomena team.

While you’re welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, tripods and other equipment, such as monopods, selfie sticks or flashlights, are not allowed in the exhibition area.

If you arrive after the admission time stated on your ticket, you may still be able to enter teamLab Phenomena as long as it’s within the same day and during open hours. This will be wholly at the discretion of the teamLab Phenomena staff and is not guaranteed. However, please keep in mind that the last admission is one hour before closing.

Yes, teamLab Phenomena is perfectly suitable for families with children. However, please do mind the following safety guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors, including your little ones:

• Certain artworks may have height restrictions for safety reasons. Please make sure to check before entering with your child.
• Children aged 12 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises.
• For artworks featuring water elements, we recommend that children wear clothes that they don’t mind getting wet or bring a change of attire.
• The exhibition may feature dark spaces and uneven terrain, so please hold on to your child’s hand and keep them close at all times.

For a smoother experience, please note that strollers are not allowed inside teamLab Phenomena, and storage space is very limited. We recommend leaving strollers in your car or avoiding them if possible.

Yes. In some areas, where there may be uneven flooring and interactive artworks that involve water, personal belongings are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons. As such, teamLab Phenomena provides free lockers for visitors to store their belongings before entering these sections.
